One Roof Publications was created by Clive & Elaine Ward to showcase the books they have written.

Clive began working as a cartoonist while serving in the British Army with some success, his cartoons appeared in National Daily newspapers and magazines.

Elaine had previously had poetry published, but put her writing talents on hold to raise their children.

When Clive left the Army they started a publishing company together with a likeminded couple publishing adult and children's comics with a great deal of success. With the introduction of lads' mags, the sales of comics declined and the publishing company was closed. Both Clive and Elaine took full time jobs but continued to write in their spare time, creating; stage plays, sitcoms and children's books.

With the digital age upon us, the internet has given us the opportunity to self publish the books we had created and to work on new ideas. We hope you enjoy the wide range of books on offer.
